Property firm Fitzpatrick & Heavey announces expansion after integration of Cork-based CTS Construction 

Group's integration of CTS in March this year brought an additional 5,000 sq ft of distribution space in Cork

The Group currently has over 350 homes under construction across Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow, and Cork

Irish property development and investment management company Fitzpatrick & Heavey said it will continue to expand its growing business after the successful integration of its two recent acquisitions.

The firm's next phase of expansion comes after two major strategic moves in the last 18 months, including the merging of Cork-based CTS Construction & Trade Supplies with manufacturer and distributor Eurometals, which the group acquired in October 2023.
