Financial leaders in Irish companies are forecasting an average growth of 9% in their organisations this year despite global uncertainties, according to an EY survey released on Thursday.

The EY CFO survey canvassed data from 200 finance leaders. It found CFOs and finance leaders upbeat about growth in 2025. One third of respondents (28%) said expansion into new markets was a top priority for driving growth, more than double the figure from last year (13%).
