Government 'must commit' to attracting private equity to help address housing emergency

Last year saw just 30,300 homes completed — a drop of 6.7%.

This comes after the Government missed its housing target for 2024 and comments from Taoiseach Micheál Martin which floated the idea consideration would be given to the abolition of rent pressure zones.
