Dalata sells Maldron Hotel Wexford to Neville Park Hotel Group

Ireland's largest hotel operator Dalata has sold its Maldron Hotel in Wexford to the Neville Park Hotel Group for an undisclosed amount.
The transaction is expected to be completed by November 5, with the group also in exclusive talks with a preferred bidder for the sale of the Clayton Hotel Whites Wexford, however, Dalata said there was no certainty on when that transaction will be completed, with further details to be announced in due course.Â
Owned by Colm Neville, the Neville Park Hotel Group own two properties in Wexford, the Riverside Park Hotel, Crown Quarter and the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise.
Dalata said it remains committed to the Irish market and its portfolio where it is the leading hotel operator through its Clayton and Maldron brands.
