Eir revenue ticks upwards as its customer base swells and wage costs decline

Telecoms firm Eir experienced a “steady start” to the year as revenue ticked upwards driven by a jump in customers as the company grows its already dominant market share.
In an interim statement, Eir posted revenue of €320m in the three months to the end of June, up 1% in on the same period a year earlier.
