Ifac continues expansion with acquisition of Dublin-based MCC 

The move adds to the growing level of consolidation across the accountancy and insurance sectors seen in Ireland in recent years.

MCC Accountants will now operate under the Ifac name, effective immediately.

Professional services firm Ifac has acquired Dublin-based MCC Accountants for an undisclosed sum.

MCC provide compliance, business advisory and Corporate Finance services to SMEs with a specific focus on the pharmacy and retail sectors.
