INM investigation finds no breach of company law

Former INM Chairman Leslie Buckley said report shows no findings of dishonesty against him during his time as Chairman.

High Court inspectors said they found no breaches of company law in their lengthy investigation into alleged data breaches and governance issues at the former Independent News and Media Group (INM).

Two independent inspectors were appointed by the High Court in 2018 to examine the issues on the back of an application by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE).
