In a rapidly evolving global landscape, organisations and economies that embrace change and adapt quickly will be at the forefront of success, says the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

Business leaders have a critical role to play in developing global networks and skilled teams that will attract future Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for Ireland, says Shane O’Sullivan, CEO of Irish Management Institute (IMI).

The business educational institute leader says that Ireland’s outward-looking approach to investment has helped to create high-value jobs across the country for more than 75 years. He argues, however, that Ireland’s model for attracting FDI is entering an era with significant new challenges.
