Job platform site Indeed has been accused of ‘not listening adequately’ to employee representatives as mandatory consultation meetings continue between upper management and 175 workers at risk of redundancy.

Following the company’s announcement of a second round of global layoffs earlier this month, severance talks have been ongoing with worker representatives, with up to 70 people across three main divisions of the company expected to lose their jobs.
