British Labour says it has the backing of a number of firms ahead of election

Under leader Keir Starmer, Labour, about 20 percentage points ahead of Rishi Sunak's Conservatives in surveys, has moved towards the centre.
Britain’s Labour said it received endorsements from a number of business chiefs and pledges economic stability in election campaign.
The opposition party said it alone could provide the stability needed for investment, buttressing its argument with a letter of support signed by more than 100 business leaders.
