Progress in balance at senior leadership level remains slow, according to latest figures.

Large publicly listed companies have further increased female representation across leadership teams and have brought additional balance at board level, new data shows.

Releasing figures as part of International Women's Day, the Government initiative, Balance for Better Business (B4BB) found that female board representation had reached 40% across large public companies.
