A business representative group has urged Irish candidates running in the European Parliament election to pay attention to the needs of businesses after “a series of difficult years”. 

Chambers Ireland has suggested that successful Irish candidates elected should propose energy and industrial policy for Europe that taps into the resources off Ireland’s coasts.
