Supermacs hit record revenues as it recovered from Covid lockdowns

Operating profits at Pat McDonagh's Supermacs group surged by 62pc to €37.7m in 2021 as the business recovered from its city centre sites getting ‘hammered’ in 2020 due to Covid-19.

New accounts show that Supermac's (Holdings) Ltd enjoyed the jump in operating profits in 2021 as it enjoyed its best-ever revenue performance with revenues increasing by 38pc from €141.5m to a record €195.69m.
