Examiner appointed to Cork ice cream manufacturer

The High Court has confirmed the appointment of an examiner to companies involved in the manufacture of ice cream and cream liqueurs.

Last month, the court-appointed insolvency expert Shane McCarthy as examiner to Silver Pail Dairy, unlimited company and a related entity, Havana Company Unlimited, on an interim basis.
