Pilot studies are continuing at companies in Ireland, the UK, US, New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

The four-day workweek is working. That’s the message emerging from the closely watched companies shifting to four-day workweeks in pilot programs run by the non-profit 4 Day Week Global headed up by Irishman Joe O'Connor. 

A survey out this week finds that 78% of leaders at the more than 70 companies in the UK that shifted to four-day schedules say their transition was good or “seamless.” Only 2% found it challenging. Most (88%) say that four-day schedules are working well.
