Mother claims Tusla ‘scandalously’ closed file on her boy due to lack of resources

Tusla, the child and family agency, “scandalously” closed its file on a sexually abused eight-year-old one year after he was assaulted because they did not have the resources to offer counselling, the victim’s mother has said.
