Bay to Bay cycle in aid of charity
Last year, the group organised a four-day cycle from Malin head to Mizen head, raising €90,000 in the process.
It was the largest amount raised for the charity by a single event, which saw 115 cyclists travel from the most northern part of the country to the most south-westerly point over four days.

This time around, the organisation sets its sights on a Dublin to Galway route — going from coast to coast in one day, cycling 230km.
The Bay to Bay event is in aid of St Joseph’s Foundation in Charleville, Co Cork — a charity which helps those with disabilities to live normal lives. The services they provide include elder care, pre-school, hydrotherapy, home support and occupational workshops.
Registration for Bay to Bay is open and all are welcome to participate.

For those who cannot take part in the cycle but still wish to donate, a special text message system has been set up, asking people to donate €4 by texting BLC to 50300.
Bay to Bay takes place on May 30 and participants must raise €150 to enter.
