British police have condemned "mindless" offenders who "train surfed" along a rail platform.
CCTV images show a number of men hanging from the driver’s door of a train leaving the station at Accrington, Lancashire.
British Transport Police said it appeared the offenders had no intention of getting on the train.
PC John Phillips of BTP said: "It is hard to believe that anyone, let alone grown men, could be so mindless as to try to ‘surf’ off the side of a train."
