Microsoft app will improve your selfie game

Microsoft has released an app, Microsoft Selfie, that will help you produce better looking selfies.

The iOS app analyses a selected picture and draws upon elements like the user's age, gender, skin tone, lighting, and other variables to create better looking pictures.

After snapping a selfie, users can make adjustments to elements like noise reduction, intelligent enhancement, automatic exposure and colour themes to create the perfect picture.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Selfie doesn't play nice with other apps just yet. That means you'll need to save your photos locally before you can share them on social media or through messaging apps.

Microsoft Selfie can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
