Google Photos retains originals – so edit as much as you want

The Google Photos app on Android has been updated to keep the original photo, so now you can edit to your heart’s content.

If you’re prone to tweaking and modifying your photo, you now don’t have to worry about overdoing it. The app also lets users save edits or a new copy of a photo between tweaks, but will keep the original too.

This feature is added to version 1.17, so make sure you have the right version downloaded and installed before you go over the top with edits.
