Everyone is Statham in bizarre LG G5 ad

Jason Statham is everyone in this new advertisement for the LG G5 smartphone - and it really is exceptionally strange

The LG G5 seems like a really interesting phone, with a modular design that will let you swap out random elements to add better battery, a camera grip and accessories like a little rolling robot and VR headset. You might even go so far as to say it's a really weird phone, so it's fitting that this new ad is totally bonkers. It's also great for fans of Jason Statham.

It's all Statham, all the time - including lady Statham, full head of hair Statham, Statham in disguise (as Statham) and our favourite, Baby Statham. It's not really obvious how this ties into any aspect of what the phone does, surely everyone being an individual would make more sense with the different ways you can kit out the G5? It's likely that the bigger plan was to do something really strange with a famous face and if so, good job everyone!

The LG G5 is coming out in April 2016.
