VIDEO This insane GTA V easter egg unlocks The Beast!

Some people who are really into Grand Theft Auto V have tracked won what looks to be the greatest easter egg in the game, it's impressive.

Grand Theft Auto V will be three years old in September, but that doesn't mean all of its secrets have been discovered. A team of fans have been battling with the developers for the last few months to scan through the games code after every update in order to unleash THE BEAST!

This sounds like an insane amount of work but the gist is that they had to find some special peyote in a number of different locations at certain times of the day which turns the player into a Bigfoot. When the last herb is eaten a hugely powerful enemy will arrive for the ultimate battle. And it happens during a lightning storm, of course.

If you manage to beat the Teen Wolf looking fella you'll then be able to use the character model in the game's Director Mode - which seems like a decent enough reward for all this hard work. Given the levels developers Rockstar are willing to go to in order to hide things in their game, we're willing to bet this isn't the last secret to be found.
