Need for Speed beta sign-ups open

You can now sign up for the upcoming Need for Speed beta on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The Need for Speed website contains a dedicated sign up page for the beta. Registration will remain open until September 25th at 10am CEST.

The process is quite straightforward. Simply sign in with your EA account, select your platform of choice, agree to the beta agreement, and click the Sign Up button.

It isn’t specified when the closed beta will take place, but October is a pretty safe bet. The registration closes on September 25th and the game will be released in November. And we’re guessing that the team would like some time to implement changes or iron out issues.

Those who are selected will get an e-mail with more details. Of course, places are limited.

EA is clearly trying to ensure this Need for Speed game performs well. Its release was pushed back from last year to give the development team the time needed to do justice to the series, and the beta will give them a chance to get feedback from fans.

Need for Speed will be released on November 6th, 2015.
