Mayo boss James Horan yesterday launched a scathing attack on RTÉ pundit Joe Brolly claiming comments he made before the All-Ireland final “were targeted against Mayo.”

In a hard hitting interview earlier this week Horan insisted that factually incorrect commentary by RTÉ ahead of the final against Donegal influenced officials.

But yesterday Horan hit out at Brolly specifically over an RTÉ Radio One interview on the week of the decider, alleging that the former Derry star accused Mayo of cynical fouling and never referenced any other side in the debate.
