Two Cork land parcels and office building on offer in Passage West and Glanmire

A trio of properties being offered for liquidators in Cork include two land parcels, one in Cork harbour’s Passage West for house building the other in Glanmire, for warehousing, along with a Wilton office/retail building totalling 11,000 sq ft.

Agent Shane Finn of DNG Creedon seeks offers of €450,000 for the stand-alone Doughcloyne House, Wilton, upgraded to a high spec a decade ago and with 29 car parking spaces. The building’s 6,000 sq ft of retail is currently let, with three years left on the lease.

In Passage West, the DNG agent is selling nine acres with harbour views and full planning in place (until 2018) for 12 detached houses. Guide price for the land at Church Hill, next to the Passage development Ard Chuain, is €500,000.

And, in Brook Lodge, Glanmire across the city, Mr Finn seeks offers of €250,000 for 10 acres of land with commercial use zoning, and planning for two warehouse building totalling 31,000 sq ft.

The three sales are on behalf of O’Brien and O’Flynn joint liquidators John McStay and Tom Rogers.
