Offered earlier this year by receiver Michael Cotter of E&Y, via Cohalan Downing, the detached building of almost 20,000 sq ft, on an acre just off Sarsfield Road, had a guide price of €525,000. However, after significant interest it was bought for almost €770,000, by an undisclosed buyer.
