Pensions plan is a crime against poorest in society
Monday, March 22, 2010
THE National Pensions Framework document is a crime against the poorest in society committed by the pensions industry with the assistance of the Government.
It’s another major coup for the pensions industry – one million new customers with no promotion costs other than what has already been spent in lobbying the Government.
Giving 8% of the wages of the poorest earners in society, when the employers’ body is looking for a reduction in the minimum wage, is wrong.
Then giving this, without any guarantee of getting a cent in return, to the pensions industry to play monopoly with beggars belief.
