Man who mooned gardaí jailed for three months

A 46-year-old Cork man dropped his pants and exposed his buttocks to gardaí in full view of a group of Spanish students in Cork city centre.

Judge Leo Malone said yesterday such behaviour was unacceptable and he jailed the culprit for three months.

Mark Turner who lives with the Simon Community in Cork had 99 previous convictions.
