Limerick is poised to reach new heights in world rugby tourism with the announcement of a €10m visitor attraction focussed on the game which is being funded by JP McManus.

A digital interactive experience dedicated to rugby worldwide is set to open within three years on a site which takes in 2,790sq m on O’Connell St and the corner of Cecil St.

The hi-tech exhibition space will represent an initial investment of €10m by JP McManus.
