Kenny tells TDs: On yer bike!

Taoiseach Enda Kenny will lead several politicians who will be getting on their bikes for the annual Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, on Jul 6.

Given his busy schedule, Mr Kenny, who will be participating for the fourth time, has found it difficult to get time to train for the 170km event which he has described as a personal annual highlight.

“Sharing the road with some 8,000 people from all walks of life, of all ages and of all levels of ability is an incredible leveler,’’ he said.
