Facelift planned for Cork's Kent Station

Iarnród Éireann is about to lodge a planning application to carry out a multi-million euro transformation of Kent Station in Cork, part of which will provide access from Horgan’s Quay.

Facelift planned for Cork's Kent Station

According to the company its main aim is to “develop an interim design for a public transport interchange” at Kent Station.

Opening up a quayside entrance and what is known as ‘the back car park’ will enable the station to be serviced by more bus routes.
