Davison considers baring all again for ‘Playboy’

Former Miss World Rosanna Davison is considering baring all in the US edition of Playboy.

The 29-year-old is hoping to follow in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe and Pamela Anderson after flying to LA to visit the Playboy mansion. She has already posed for the German edition but she told the Saturday Night Show she met with Hugh Hefner in his LA property to discuss stripping for the original publication.

“The US office saw the pictures in the German Playboy and they thought it would be really nice to have the first Miss World in Playboy.

“They asked would I like to go over and chat to [Hefner] about it and see what might happen. Hopefully later this year I will have something to report,” she said.

Despite legendary tales of the seedy side of the Playboy mansion, the Irish beauty queen said she was surprised by how civilised her visit to the Hollywood pad was.

“I went to the mansion a few weeks ago and it was a really good experience. My friends had me convinced that I would walk in and there would be a threesome in the corner, boobs everywhere, and girls running around in their bikinis. Sorry to disappoint, but it was very civilised and conservative, like going to your mate’s house for dinner and a movie.

“He is an elderly man and he was there with his wife who is about 26, blonde, gorgeous, a real Playboy model type.”

“He had just the one wife, no twins around or multiple girlfriends. I just had dinner and watched the Charlie Chaplin movie. I had to go and look at the grotto and obviously didn’t touch the water.”

The model will be hoping to pose for her shoot later this year before she walks down the aisle with long-time fiancé Wesley Quirke early next summer.

And she said her father, singer Chris de Burgh, has already started to get emotional about her big day as he shed tears when her fiance asked for her hand in marriage.

She said: “Apparently my dad burst into tears. I’m not a spoilt brat but I’m close to my dad. We’re very close and I speak to him every day.”

And while she is aiming for an informal beach wedding at an exotic location, Rosanna said she has yet to make any firm plans.
