VIDEO: Little girl with rainbow flag stands up to shouting anti-gay marriage protestor

At a festival in Columbus, Ohio following Friday’s historical Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage, a group of street preachers were very loudly espousing their views when one little girl decided she had had enough.

One of the men started directing his sermon toward the girl, saying that "this world will give you heartache. This world will give you divorce, this world will give you pain".

And first-grader Zea answered with defiant silence, holding her rainbow flag and high-fiving strangers.

Ryan Bowling, who uploaded the video to Youtub, commented that the preacher had been far more extreme before Zea walked up:

"He deflated visibly when he saw her coming. He was much more sodomy, brimstone, and bellowing until she got close to him."

She's our new hero.
