This terrifying video of a Great White left an Australian news anchor speechless

Apparently, it’s very unusual for Australian news anchor Karl Stefanovic to be left speechless but this segment on sharks did just that.

Australia’s Channel 9 Today programme was showing footage of sharks taken by marine researchers trying to get up close and personal with great whites as they leap out of the water.

The clip ended with an absolutely enormous shark leaping up and out of the water to snatch some bait.

It’s pretty astounding.

And this was Stefanovic’s face when the camera cut back to him.

Yup, seems about right.

Stevanovic then says that he’s never going back in the water again and co-host Lisa Wilkinson agrees with him.

"That’s the biggest thing I’ve ever seen."
