Bruton leads US trade mission

ENTERPRISE Minister Richard Bruton begins a trade mission to the US this morning aimed at building on the 14% growth in exports to the US last year.

Sixty Irish firms are participating in the week-long mission which is part of Enterprise Ireland’s autumn schedule of overseas events organised to drive Irish exports in high growth markets. This is the first time a Government-led trade mission will visit the southern states of the US and the delegation will visit Georgia, North Carolina and Florida in a bid to widen the export footprint of Irish firms in this fast growing area.
