Eurozone finance Ministers have refused to authorise a second bailout for debt-laden Greece following a meeting in Brussels which ended moments ago.

Eurozone finance Ministers have refused to authorise a second bailout for debt-laden Greece following a meeting in Brussels tonight.

Greece's unity government finalised a proposal earlier today which they considered to contain enough structural reforms to satisfy European finance Minister's as well as the IMF and rest of the EU.
