Cameron: Lack of women in top jobs holding back UK

The British Prime Minister has said Britain's economic recovery is being held back by a lack of women in the country's top jobs.

David Cameron will make the comments about the role of women in the boardroom later during his trip to Sweden to attend the Northern Future Forum.

Nordic and Baltic countries are leading the way in Europe, with female representation on boards far above the EU average.
