Wikipedia is already calling the 2016 All-Ireland football final

If you take Wikipedia’s word for it (we do not recommend you do), the battle for Sam is a foregone conclusion.

The online encyclopedia has had its page for the 2016 All-Ireland SFC final updated and is predicting what the pundits call an emphatic victory.

Yep, you read that right.

A wiki editor - one with a Connacht IP address perhaps - has described a thumping victory for the men from Mayo.

They predict a first All-Ireland for the county since 1951.

Vanquished champions Dublin are expected to put a mere two points on the scoreboard, while the western county romp to a 35 point victory.

Cillian O’Connor and Aidan O’Shea are naturally expected to be major contributors to their 3-28 score, but goalkeeper David Clarke is a surprise inclusion on the scoresheet.

Check it out here if it hasn't already been updated.
