Two changes as Tyrone search for first win

Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has make two changes to his side for tomorrow night's crunch Allianz NFL with Cork, as the Red Hands go in search of their first win of the campaign at Healy Park.

Carrickmore's Mark Donnellly has been handed his first league start in the half-forward line, while Cathal McCarron comes into defence at left-corner back.

Injury has ruled out midfielder Kevin Hughes, with Sean O'Neill the other player to lose out.

Colm Cavanagh, who lined out at right-half-forward in last Sunday's loss to Monaghan, moves to midfield to partner Aidan Cassidy.

Cavanagh's brother Sean and his fellow Moy clubman Philip Jordan are expected to make their first appearances of the season having been named in the substitutes list.

Sean Cavanagh, who had ankle surgery, has been out of football since coming on as a substitute for Tyrone against Cork in last August's All-Ireland semi-final defeat to Saturday's opponents.

Jordan also has not played since that game, and underwent surgery on his hip at the end of last year.

A groin injury also delayed his comeback, but both played a full part in their club's Ulster Senior league clash with Antrim side Portglenone last weekend.

TYRONE (SF v Cork): J Curran; D Carlin, Justin McMahon, C McCarron; D Harte, C Gormley, R McMenamin; A Cassidy, C Cavanagh; M Donnelly, B McGuigan, R Mulgrew; T McGuigan, M Penrose, O Mulligan.
