World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) president Sir Craig Reedie said “the world is watching and we have acted” after the organisation declared Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) non-compliant with international sport’s anti-doping code.

Russia was provisionally suspended from all international athletics competitions by world governing body the IAAF last Friday after WADA’s independent commission’s findings of state-sponsored, systemic doping practices.
