Connor Kenna is suspended for Drogheda after getting sent off at Tallaght Stadium in Saturday’s defeat to Shamrock Rovers.

Robbie Farrell remains out injured, however, manager Alan Mathews has a strong squad to choose from for the visit of Galway.

Galway look likely to be without captain John Russell who is struggling with an ankle injury.

Mark O'Toole is out for the remainder of the season with a hand injury, which required an operation last Friday.

Galway boss Ian Foster was understandably pleased with Galway's performance against Derry last Friday after his side fought back after going a goal down to win 3-1.

Foster said: "I was delighted with the passion the lads showed. That was not there the previous week in Sligo and I don't know why that was.

"I can't fault anyone last Friday, they all put in fine displays and we deserved the win.

"We have another tough game on Tuesday and we must maintain that level of performance if we are going to get anything from the fixture."
