Two Irish women arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in Ibiza

Two Irish citizens have been arrested in Ibiza on suspicion of drugs offences.

The women were taken into custody by police earlier this week.

It is expected that they may face charges in the coming days.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has said it is providing consular assistance to the women.
