'The Anglo promissory-note payments are gone': Enda Kenny

Enda Kenny has confirmed a long-term bank debt deal has been agreed with the European Central Bank.

He said the negotiations were concluded and that "a more sustainable arrangement is in place".

He said: "The Anglo promissory-note payments are gone".
