Taoiseach appeals to Gardaí to begin talks and avert strike action

Enda Kenny's issued a new appeal for Gardaí to begin talks with the government to avert planned strike action next month.

The overwhelming majority of Gardaí will be unavailable for work on each Friday in November due to action by the GRA and AGSI.
