A new study shows over half of older people who are prescribed medicines which have the potential to interact with alcohol, still consume drink while they're taking the medication.

The research by the Royal College of Surgeons School of Pharmacy shows that 72% of over-60s are prescribed such medications, and 60% reported consuming alcohol while taking these drugs.
