Sean Quinn Snr gets out of jail

Sean Quinn Senior has been released from Mountjoy prison in Dublin this morning.

He had been serving a nine-week sentence for contempt, although he was released temporarily to spend Christmas with his family.

The former billionaire was returned to custody on December 27 to serve the remainder of his sentence.

He left the prison in Dublin at around 9am this morning.
