Quinn: Further cuts if religious orders do not pay compensation to victims
Education Minister Ruairi Quinn has today warned that further budget cuts will have to be made if religious orders do not pay half the cost of compensation to suffers of child abuse.
Minister Quinn says he hopes that the €670m made by religious orders in property deals over the past decade can be used to pay for compensation.
