Public inquest to be held into Tipp man’s death

The Dublin County Coroner is to hold a public inquest into the death of Tipperary man Michael Dwyer who was shot dead by Special Forces in Bolivia last April.

Bolivian authorities claimed that he was involved in a plot to assassinate the country's president Evo Morales.
