Properties with reserve of €20m to go on auction in Dublin

150 properties will go under the hammer at the largest Allsop Space auction to take place in Ireland today.

Around 150 lots, including commercial and investment properties carrying a combined reserve of €20m will go under the hammer in Dublin's RDS.

Sixteen apartments, eight blocks of apartments, 40 houses, two hotels and a golf course will make up some of today's catalogue.

Over half of the properties are already rented premises.

Robert Hoban, Director of Auction at Allsop Space says the size of the event is significant as it represents a willingness to buy properties and create new jobs.
