Michael Lowry to mount legal challenge against Moriarty Tribunal

Michael Lowry is to mount a legal challenge against the Moriarty Tribunal - over his legal costs.

The Independent TD said that the Chairman of the Tribunal has ordered him to foot the bill for two thirds of his costs.

The Tipperary North Deputy said that he will now begin a comprehensive legal challenge to the decision in the Irish Courts and if necessary to the European Courts.
